  We had an amazing stay at Bettei Senjuan in Minakami, Japan. Our room had a private onsen with a spectacular view, and honestly, I could’ve spent the whole day soaking and looking at the scenery. The public onsen was also excellent, plus the food and package with breakfast and dinner were absolutely worth it, with beautiful dining views. What really made it five-star were the people. Raju from Nepal, welcomed us at check-in with a friendly smile and teaches yoga, Yonada, our driver, made getting around easy, Hiromi at the front desk, your English and professionalism impressed us, and Yuna served us with a genuine smile that made every meal special. Bettei Senjuan has incredible views, an amazing onsen, and outstanding service. Highly recommended.

  This is one of the most beautiful experiences you can have in Japan. The room we stayed in took us to another world. Between the stunning view, the private onsen, and the decor, this room was perfect. The service is on another level and the staff is extremely attentive, a huge thank you to Waka and the rest of the staff for making the experience even more memorable. The meals they provide are exceptional and they have a nice amount of activities to keep things interesting. Walking around the property is like a dream, beautiful mountains with greenery everywhere and the sound of the river is extremely comforting as you're relaxing in your private open-air onsen. We would live here if they would let us lol. Please, do yourself a favor and experience this for yourself!

  One of the best experiences I’ve had. The moment we arrived we were treated with exceptional service and the staff was extremely accommodating. The hotel, hot springs, reading room, lounge and garden are all beautiful. Yamato Transport is also a service you can use here if you want to ship luggage to another city.
