  Excellent hotel with convenient location. Very good sound insulation. Free coffee at a reading corner near reception counter. We book a room with four queen size beds. Only one small unsatisfied issue is there are frogging or water mark on the TV panel that distracting watching TV program.

  Our stay at Nagoya Kanko Hotel was excellent and exceeded our expectations. The room was cleaned daily, and complimentary bottled water, fresh towels, and clean pajamas were provided every day. The bathroom and toilet were always spotless and spacious enough for our family of four. The room also included useful amenities such as complimentary toothbrushes, shaving razors, hair brushes, room slippers, and a kettle, which made it easy to enjoy a late-night cup of tea or even prepare instant noodles. One of the most pleasant surprises was the complimentary lounge on the 6th floor. Guests can enjoy hot or iced coffee, tea, and soft drinks at any time of the day or night. The lounge is comfortable and quiet, with plenty of seating, making it a wonderful place to relax with a book or simply unwind after a day of sightseeing. This was an unexpected benefit that greatly enhanced our stay. We booked a room with four separate beds, which was perfect for our family. Our children loved having their own beds, and everyone was able to rest comfortably. The hotel staff were consistently friendly, professional, and courteous. They were also very helpful in arranging a taxi for our family when needed. Overall, I have no complaints. The quality of service, comfort, cleanliness, and amenities far exceeded the price we paid. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to return on a future visit to Nagoya. Highly recommended.

  Wonderful hotel and an amazing staff that go above and beyond with helpfulness and graciousness from start to finish. Book the Espacio rooms if you are able and wish to treat yourself! The Bulgari Eau Parfumée Thé Vert permeates the hotel itself with a pleasant scent that is immediately relaxing and welcoming. I highly recommend this location in Nagoya and plan to return one day.
