I didn't want to leave, it was perfect!!!! Every leaf was in place and yet untouched. They really though of everything. Staff will take you into the small village with all the shops. They have the most helpful staff. The share onsen is very beautiful, they have mixed bath time, private time, men's bath time. We also had a sauna and onsen in the room, it was private and beautiful.

Some staff is very fluent in English. Snacks and tea are provided while waiting for your room. 4 free waters and beers provided for the room. Attentive almost to a point of excess. A staff member will guide you to your room and all amenities. A staff member will give you a tour of your room. Chairs are pulled out for you during dinner and breakfast. A gold bath onsen is available in your room and in the larger bath. Large bath is available as gender separated, mixed, or private reservation depending on time. Bath garments are required during mixed bathing.

Amazing and relaxing experience. We had a wonderful stay. The staff is very kind and helpful. I would recommend a stay of 2 nights with half pension to fully embrace the hot springs, the quietness and benefits. The small town is cute but in 2 hours you easily visit it, so this is not the highlight of the area.
