  We had an absolutely exceptional stay at this hotel, without a doubt one of the best experiences we have ever had. Everything was perfect from beginning to end. The view is simply breathtaking and makes every moment even more special, especially during breakfast which offers an incredible panorama. The breakfast itself was delicious, varied, and of excellent quality. The staff were truly outstanding throughout our stay , incredibly kind, attentive, and always taking great care of us. Every member of the team contributed to making our experience unique thanks to all the thoughtful little touches that made such a difference. We leave with wonderful memories and already hope to come back very soon. A huge thank you to the entire team for this unforgettable experience.

  This hotel is great and very clean. 🤩My boyfriend said it was the cleanest hotel he's ever stayed in. We loved the food; 🍱🍣🍤 it was really delicious. My husband loved it. But what impressed me most was the staff. 🤵🏻‍♀️🤵🏻🇯🇵💯 Everyone was smiling and cheerful, 🌈providing excellent service. They recommended every dish well and joked with customers in a polite and fun way. I saw the customers laughing and having a lot of fun. I hope they get a higher bonus for that. The piano music was beautiful. But I would like the hotel to provide slippers because the shoes are difficult to walk in and I trip over them.🙏🏻

  We had a fantastic stay at Grand Bach Atami! The room was extremely clean and very large. We had two baths (one outdoor and one indoor) and a very spacious lounge area in our room. The service was perfect from start to finish. Riku provided excellent service for our entire stay, from making sure we had meal accommodations for dinner and even giving us a list of Kyoto recommendations. We highly recommend this hotel and would love to return on our next trip to Japan!
