About this hotel
A long-established inn at Ashinoyu in Hakone, founded in 1662 and depicted in a woodblock print by Hiroshige. It is about 25 minutes by car from Hakone-Yumoto Station, high up along the old Hakone road, and Lake Ashi and Owakudani are easy to reach. It has hot-spring baths; Ashinoyu is one of the seven historic hot springs of Hakone. It keeps its room count small.

Suits a stay at a historic inn depicted by Hiroshige, steeped in the history of Ashinoyu, one of Hakone’s seven old hot springs. Lake Ashi and Owakudani are an easy drive.
