A truly exceptional stay! The view from the room was absolutely breathtaking, and the food exceeded all expectations. Staying here was worth every moment, even if only for one night. What impressed me most was the outstanding service. Every aspect of the hotel and its facilities was explained clearly and thoughtfully, making us feel genuinely welcomed and well cared for throughout our stay. The room was beautifully equipped and exceptionally comfortable. The bed provided one of the best nights of sleep I’ve had while traveling, and I was pleasantly surprised to find a BioProgramming hair dryer in the room—a luxurious touch that reflected the hotel’s attention to detail. Everything about this property is designed to help guests relax and unwind.

Food was nice, but the stuff and services weren't as good or professional as other ryokans considering what I paid for. In Japan, there are some brilliant ryokans out there, which give you great qualities, atmosphere and services. They are normally less expensive than this place. NEVER AGAIN because the water was leaking to my room's outside bath from the outside bath above and I complained it, but never got any apologies from any stuff who acted it was usual. SHAME

Excellent service and truly one of the best culinary experiences I’ve ever had. The food is incredible, elaborate and technically perfect. The rooms are beautiful, each with a private onsen and located on the bank of a river. Highly recommended.
