An exceptional dining experience from start to finish. The fine dining service was impeccable, with every detail handled professionally and attentively. The French-Japanese fusion dinner was outstanding, showcasing creativity, exquisite flavors, and beautifully presented dishes that perfectly blended the best of both cuisines. What truly elevated the experience was the warm and genuine hospitality. The staff were attentive, knowledgeable, and made us feel welcomed throughout the stay. Thanks for their dedication to providing excellent service which created a memorable and most enjoyable time in Ibusuki/ Kagoshima. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a refined dining experience with exceptional food and outstanding hospitality.

A true paradise. This hotel is truly top notch. We spent 2 nights at the amafuru and besides the excellent amenities, what stood out was the customer service from every single staff member. They go above and beyond to make sure you have a wonderful stay. After we checked out, I received an email saying we had left something at the hotel. I asked them how much it would cost to send it and if it’s too much trouble, don’t worry about it. They offered to drive to my second destination to drop off the item for me. This definitely surprised me how they went out of their way to do something like this. I would like to thank everyone at the amafuru oka and we definitely would like to return again. Thank you again
