    Everything was perfect. It was our honeymoon and every single staff was so polite and professional. Thank you so much to Mr. Hgs who was the attendant of the 1st day. I loved all his recommendations. Room was great with Loten-Buro. Service was fantastic as I mentioned before. Location was a bit far from the nearby station but it wasn’t such a problem. I’ll definitely come back to this place.

    Beautiful property overlooking water, very well designed rooms, interiors lovely; food is good though not sure deserving of top tablelog ranking. Best to get room with onsen and don’t miss private outdoor one next to waterside you can book as a guest. Marshmallows for guests a nice touch. Property isn’t completely enclosed though bit of walk outside to onsen areas. Also no gardens for post meal strolls.

    Amazing, amazing experience! Do reserve plenty of time for the meals and onsen. Both are outstanding and exceed expectations. Real natural hot spring, private outdoor hot spring feels so good. The food is flavourful and healthy. Love the environment, the staff and the hotel decor as well.
