Fantastic hotel! I really enjoyed my stay at the Kimpton Shinjuku. The attention to detail is exceptional, from the lovely welcome amenities in the room to the wonderful recommendations from the concierge team. Everything feels thoughtful and the level of service is excellent throughout, including the housekeeping. The café by the lobby is also a great spot, with an absolutely delicious cheesecake! The location is another big plus. I highly recommend trying Sushi Iwase, just a short walk from the hotel. One of the best sushi experiences I had in Tokyo! I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again on my next visit to Tokyo!
Read the full review on Google MapsKimpton Shinjuku Tokyo – Excellent Location, Classy Stay Kimpton is an excellent upscale hotel brand, and Kimpton Shinjuku is a beautiful place to stay if you want a cozy, classy hotel close to the heart of Tokyo. The location is one of its biggest advantages. Shinjuku Station is within walking distance, and the lively streets of Shinjuku, including Golden Gai and its many food and drinking spots, are easily accessible. On the other side, places like Meiji Shrine, Yoyogi Park and some of Tokyo’s famous public toilets are also within reach. It’s a superb location for exploring the city. The hotel itself is relatively small, and the rooms are compact, but everything feels very classy. The bedding, interiors, decor and overall attention to detail are excellent. The service is equally good. Another beautiful aspect is the view. You can see the greenery around Meiji Shrine and Yoyogi Park, along with parts of the Shibuya skyline. I didn’t try the hotel’s restaurants because I wanted to spend my time exploring the food and drinks around Shinjuku. If you want a comfortable, upscale hotel with excellent accessibility to Shinjuku and the rest of Tokyo, Kimpton Shinjuku is a very good choice.
Read the full review on Google MapsThe service here was incredible. From the minute we walked in, I felt like we were taken care of really well. The food at the restaurants are delicious. The room itself was super clean, spacious and came with a lot of snacks. Probably one of the best places in the world that I’ve stayed. It is around a 15 minute walk to the main Shinjuku station but other than that, the location is great and clean and also quiet at night! Shout out to LAX and I wayan and the rest of the folks for the great service!
