  I stayed here in summer time for the Niseko Classic Cycle Race. It was a beautiful hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and very accomodating. It is very well located. Don't miss the ramen on the ground floor either!

  We came for the Niseko Gran Fondo in August and it was a lovely stay at Setsu. We had the two room suite for 2 couples and was very comfortable. The kitchen was extremely well appointed and we enjoyed booking a private onsen, a yoga class, using the gym and having the buffet style breakfast. We also ate in one of the restaurants as many of the local restaurants were booked out in advance. It was very convenient having the Lawson across the road and the view of Mt Yotei from the breakfast room was epic on the clear days.

  After a long day on the road, arriving at Setsu Niseko felt like coming home. From the moment we stepped into our room, we were blown away by the thoughtful details, high-quality finishes, and the lovely view of Mount Annupuri. Having a kitchen area and washing machine made our stay so convenient and comfortable. There is a Lawson located right opposite to the hotel. The private onsen on Level 1 was incredibly spacious and relaxing-the absolute best way to unwind. We also thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast spread, which had a fantastic variety of both Japanese and Western cuisine. Above all, the staff were exceptionally attentive, friendly, and helpful. Setsu Niseko gave us that rare, genuine ‘home away from home' feeling. We cannot wait to return next autumn for a longer stay. Thank you to the entire team!
