Overview

About this hotel

A hotel in Shiba Park with Tokyo Tower close at hand. It has the Panoramic Floor at the top of the building and a Premium Club floor with its own lounge, and rooms range up to suites of 50 to 135 sqm. Inside are a natural hot spring drawn from 1,600 metres below Shiba Park, a 25-metre indoor pool and a bowling salon.

Who it suits

How you see Tokyo Tower, and whether you book the club floor, change the stay. If you spend time in the hot spring and the pool, the price makes more sense. Zojoji Temple and Shiba Park are next door, so you can walk among trees in the middle of the city.

What this place is like

Checked against the hotel’s own site. Anything we could not confirm is left out — that does not mean it is not there.

Rooms: the floor decides the stay

On the upper Panoramic floors there are rooms where Tokyo Tower is in view from the living room, the bedroom and the bathroom alike. Staying on the Premium Club floor gives you the club lounge and the hot spring, and every room there carries ReFa amenities. Sizes run from a 50 sqm junior suite up to suites of 113, 118 and 135 sqm.

From the editors

Whether you are on the club floor changes how you use the lounge and the hot spring. Rooms facing Tokyo Tower come up again and again in stay reports.

I saw this note on the table of my room, 'we can arrange virtually everything'. Funny. The waitress rejected my request for a table near to the window, because it is only for 4 person. She did not provide me any other alternatives. I thought that was fine, so I sat a 2 person table away from window. But later, i saw the table near to the window was given to a couple. In fact, many other 4 seaters were occupied by 2 person (see attached photos). It was 10am and there were a lot of empty seats. Such double standard is ridiculous. I checked with the reception if booking is required for window seat at sky bar. He said no need. So at night, I went to the sky bar. Nothing exclusive for guest or club member here. I was only told to wait behind the line and pay 3000 yen for table near the window. I chose the bar counter seat at the end. The 2 bartenders look extremely unhappy with their job. Zero smile on the face. I did not get the window seat and ended up with frown faces of bartenders. None of the staff seems please or happy working at this hotel. That was my experience with Prince Park Tower hotel. Mr Fabian, please do not write me 'we can arrange virtually everything' again because you cannot even give me a window seat.

The rooms was greater then ever! When I entered the room I saw Japanese tatami floor. We don't wear slippers on the tatami floor. In the smaller toilet,we wear slippers so we won't slip. The beds were big and we can even sleep on the tatami floor. And the table was so big! The service was great! They are like so nice when they came in they were like "Hello, how are you" they setted up the beds nicely and perfectly. The location was the best and my favorite,it surrounded with nature and we can take the bus to the airports. Right next to the hotel was a garden it was so natural like a rain forest. If you are reading this,I recommend you to buy the tickets for this hotel, but it is expensive,I really enjoyed my vacation and it was the bestone I ever had.

I booked a corner king room on floors 29–32, recently refreshed in October 2025. The hotel is excellent overall, offering shops, many dining options, a Lawson on-site, and striking views of Tokyo Tower and the city. Club level delivered an outstanding breakfast and suited evening snacks and drinks with impressive city light views. The rooms feel dated; although the floors were replaced, everything else seemed original. Choose this room for the view, which will not disappoint, though the overall space remains dated.
