  Stayed at the adult side of the resort. The two Hotels (child friendly, and adult) are no longer new, but they both remain well appointed, with good amenities, good selection of restaurants, and excellent service. The hotel was excellent pools, but it's walk-up access to two, independent beaches is the main star here (and the reason why you choose to stay here). The staff did an excellent job of arranging dining and private transportation during our stay. I would stay here again, and would happily recommend this hotel to my friends and family. Finally, I extend a special thank you to Pattharapee (Guest Relations), who presented the hotel in a warm, attentive and thoughtful way. Mildred, Onishi, and Okiyama made our stay at the Thalasso Cafe wonderful. All four of these employees were exemplary in their hospitality and made our stay wonderful.

  My stay at The Club Terrace at Busena was exceptional. The staff were highly attentive, and the hotel’s concept around wellness and food was a main point, it may not be for everyone. If you allow the hotel to guide your experience, they will take very good care of you. The spa services were unreal, especially the unique thalasso pool, which was a first-time experience for me and unlike anything I’ve tried before. My only recommendation would be to use red lighting at night around some areas to help reduce bugs. The rooms were incredibly spacious, the beaches pristine, and through the club you also have access to their sister hotels, which made the overall experience even more special. Located in the middle of Okinawa, making is easy to travel if you’re in a rental. Great property to switch off, and it’s a 13+ only property.

  We had the most wonderful stay at the Terrace Club. Our room was amazing, well maintained, spotless clean and incredibly large. Bed was a dream. Breakfast was incredibly tasty and the lobby bar drinks were of the highest quality. The biggest thanks goes to the staff, which were incredibly kind, helpful and attentive. The thalasso wellness concept is one of a kind, the salt water pool is an experience. Finally, to the people complaining about the rules regarding tattoos in Japan: do your research before coming here, know the rules and be respectful. Don’t be so shocked. Tattoos in Japanese society have a different association than in yours. Don’t expect the same treatment like in your own country and cry discrimination
