  Good location but very bad hotel on pretty much all dimensions. I booked a corner room which is spacious but it had a weird musty smell. After the first night I had red swollen eyes and a runny nose. I asked at the front desk and they said that they had humidity issues on certain floors for the entire season. I assume there was mold in the room. They offered me another room on their recently renovated floors. That room had the distinct smell of cigarette smoke. The staff was very unpleasant at check in and they tried to charge me extra from my daughter’s breakfast. Compared to all the other Hotels I’ve stayed so far in Japan this is the only one that managed to make me feel unwelcome.

  Pretty awesome hotel with great views of the city from our room on the 27th floor. The rooms were spacious and clean with comfortable beds. Breakfast was really good and great variety of breakfast items. Location to the train station and shops was very convenient. The mini bar could use more than 2 beers, 2 coke, 2 green tea and the snacks, which was included. Whisky was excluded. The pool is for adults only and not much entertainment or activities for toddlers or children from our experience. The vip lounge was also very disappointing because it served mostly Japanese snacks and food which did not appeal to our tastes. So, other than the machine coffee, that was a bust. Staff were super friendly and helpful and overall, we had an enjoyable stay.

  Wonderful stay at the Cerulean Tower Tokyu Hotel! We had an excellent experience from beginning to end. The hotel is beautiful, very comfortable, and perfectly located in Shibuya. The service was outstanding — everyone we encountered was friendly, professional, and extremely attentive. We especially enjoyed Garden Kitchen CARAMELO for breakfast, Garden Lounge ZABOU, and an excellent dinner at Teppan-yaki SAKURA. The food and service throughout the hotel were exceptional. Our room was very comfortable and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel made our stay in Tokyo even more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!
