  Bar staff, friendly, gracious and helpful. Dinner staff - a disaster! Order bread when seated, arrived after entree. Ordered a salad for before entree, arrived, after dessert!!! Totally list in their process. At breakfast, ordered Cappacino, NEVER arrived, 3 requests. Breakfast was a buffet, so they couldn’t screw that up! Good service staff just don’t focus or service.

  Conrad Osaka is a gorgeous hotel. Great location to the subway. Very walkable area. Views are Outstanding! Great room sizes. Super clean. Concierge is top shelf. Very helpful. Many prepared lists for restaurant options - even super close delightful Ramen spots. The morning buffet is fantastic! Tons of options. Service is exemplary with Umesh leading with his wonderful smile and great care. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ thank-you Conrad Osaka

  From the time we arrived until the time we departed we were blown away by the service from all of the people we came across. We were celebrating my husband's birthday and they sure did not disappoint. When we checked in we were greeted by Daniele and were provided with an upgrade to the Executive Room (beautiful room with a wonderful view). During our comtinued check in process, we also were greeted by Valentino S. He was extremely pleasant. He and my husband both chatted about a few things they had in common. We saw him various times throughout our visit and everytime he saw us he made his way over for greeting and conversation. During breakfast we were taken care of by Nampei, who went above and beyond to show us plant based options for my husband as well as ensuring we had the best experience possible. There was also Maya, in the Executive Lounge. She made sure my husband would have a plant based meal cooked for him everytime we visited. Maya also greeted us by name from the second visit to the lounge and all subsequent visits. I'd like to mention Joseph (I think he was a part of the concierge team). We appreciated his suggestions for food, shopping and things to do as well as his smiling face! Finally, thank you chef for making sure we we well taken care of!! I cannot wait for our next visit to Osaka! We will definitely be staying at the Conrad!!
