  Such a beautiful hotel, and it has become one of my favorite places to stay in Osaka. ✨ I absolutely love its classic, vintage-inspired style, especially during Christmas. The hotel is beautifully decorated and feels truly magical during the festive season. It was actually one of the places I had always wanted to visit because of how beautiful the Christmas decorations are. 🎄✨ The staff were also incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful throughout my stay. The breakfast was delicious, and the views from the hotel were beautiful both during the day and at night. 🤍 Overall, I had a wonderful experience and truly loved the atmosphere of this hotel. I would definitely love to come back again, especially during Christmas! ✨

  3 star Cons 1. Very slow checkin service. 2. Breakfast is Disappointing quality compared to other hotels in this tier; the bakery items were not fresh and felt soggy. 3. The room felt dated, had a lingering musty odor, and lacked privacy due to a clear line of sight into neighboring rooms. 4. A noticeable smell of cigarette smoke in certain lobby areas, and a strange, persistent odor in the bathroom. 5. The in-room television is outdated. Pros 1. Excellent amenities, particularly the sauna. 2. Location is good.Convenient and well-situated. 3. Great guest benefits, including useful discounts on hotel amenities.

  I can't recommend The Ritz-Carlton, Osaka. Every single member of staff are exceptional. Nothing is too much effort. The hotel is beautiful. There is absolutely nothing I can say is negative. The location is perfect. The rooms, bars & restaurants are fantastic. The staff were incredible.
