This is an excellent hotel and we were very impressed by its views, overall quality, comfort and design Location just in front of Osaka castle, even if a bit isolated and disconnected from the rest of city centre was very good, it allowed for wonderful 360° views of the city The room view was oustanding and really memorable. We were wowed everytime we stepped into the room The room space was very well distributed and it felt airy and bright. Bedding truly exceptional, it just doesn't get any better than that. Very nice bathroom, wardrobe and storage area on the smaller side though, they provide so many amentities that occupy space, but nothing too bad. The wet area is lovely and you can have a full bath very fast, amazing water pressure in this regard Very nice room bar design and lighting, the tatami space was great as well as the welcome amenities provided. Thank you 🥰 The lobby and restaurants are on the 20th floor, which makes it a bit confusing at first, since you go up only to then go down to your room. They have a cafe on street level. All public spaces were inviting and have great design using premium materials and furniture, just loved it. The views from the higher floors will make your day and cocktails are imaginative and cool Breakfast was very good, can get busy fast, go early if you can. Best pastry & overall buffet selection from our Japan trip. Very good a la carte options, well done drinks and relaxing atmosphere Gym was massive but if I had to be picky machine selection was rather on the small side. Not a great fan of those fully digital Technogym machines to be honest, yes they are la creme de la creme but you have to change language everytime and really quite annoying to use. A leg curl / extension machine would be appreciated. They also have a cable rack and free weights. The gym design is luxurious and was mostly empty. Was being cleaned constantly, always spotless. For Japan standards it is a good hotel gym and since it seems to be rarely used you can have a great workout there The pool area with sauna is fantastic and the jacuzzi has amazing Castle views A wonderful stay overall, we really enjoyed it and can only recommed this place

One of the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at!! The staff was amazing and very attentive. We got upgraded to a room with Osaka castle view, we received treats from the staff as this was our honeymoon. The breakfast has a big variety, the Sonata bar on the 20th floor has great drinks and food. The pool and gym facilities are also great. The closest metro station is around 10 minutes’ walk from the hotel. I could give this hotel 10 stars!

Patina Osaka is a beautifully designed hotel with an exceptional, direct view of Osaka Castle. The rooms are spacious and peaceful, while the swimming pool and wellness facilities are equally impressive. Compared with many of Osaka’s more popular luxury hotels, the property felt much quieter and less crowded, which made the stay especially relaxing. The Osaka Castle view is also genuinely unique and difficult to find elsewhere among the city’s luxury hotels. The main drawback is the location. There is no metro station nearby, and most major shopping and sightseeing areas are not particularly close, so taxis are often the most practical option.
