    Very good hot spring and fabulous food, and even standard room is spacious. The location is a little bit inconvenient if you don’t use private car. You can enjoy many places to go around the hotel.

    Hakone Hisui is a little tricky to get to, there is a limited schedule for the shuttle and taxi don't come often at Gora station. It's a windy road to get down. Once you are here at the hotel, it's absolutely out of the world! We are new to Japanese hospitality, we felt the welcomeness and friendliness from the hotel. They tried to provide the best and everything they could. The open air onsen / public bath is absolutely breathtaking. We didn't want to leave. It felt like paradise.

    We had a very nice 1-night stay. We has spacious suite with our own private outdoor bath, and the service was very attentive. The entire facility is very tastefully designed and decorated. The only quibbles would be the lack of a view from our private bath, and some of the furniture in the living room looking a little worn.
