  Excellent stay at the resort. Booking is a bit challenging since we had to book through their website and mostly are in Japanese. But their customer service is top grade. They are in constant contact through emails to answer every questions we had before the trip. We book the E-superior and VM-superior with kaiseki dinner and breakfast option. Their rooms are spacious but i find the layout a bit clustered. Yet, beds are comfortable. Full amenities equipped. Our rooms have onsen in room which was awesome. Their onsen water was relaxing and healing after days of traveling. Our dog also got her own amenities: pads, bowls, treats. So many dogs on the premise, too. Which was very lovely. Their kaiseki course is delicious and very filling. The staffs are excellent. They are polite, friendly, and always helpful with requests. Everyday, they present a chopstick holder so cute we wanna take them home. The resort is surrounded by trees. A short 10’ walk to see Fuji san nearby. But it’s a bit of a distance to get into town. Definitely recommending a vacation here with your dogs.

  Pros: A good 4 star hotel. There mount fuji view rooms are quiet good. A very good breakfast. Cons: There is no ala-carte option in dinner. The shuttle bus to station is not available all the time.

  The hotsprings in the room were nice and so was having a backyard, the in room obento was nice. The not so great- no food nearby really. Dont mind a drive but for a quick snack or lobby snack there were NO options. There was some mold on the wall in the bathroom. Upstairs room felt a little blah..
