Overview

About this hotel

On the upper floors of a tower in Otemachi, with the view opening both towards the Imperial Palace and towards Tokyo Station. The glass-walled pool and spa sit at the very top, and swimming while looking out over the city is what stay reports come back to.

Who it suits

Suits a stay that wants the airport within easy reach and the night view as well. The rate reads differently once you plan to use the pool and the spa, so it rewards leaving time for them.

We love this Fs location so much that it isn't the first time we've stayed here. The Four Seasons Otemachi is a top-notch hotel for families if they want headache-free service—from unpacking packages to helping me with three kids after a long flight from NYC. Everyone greets you with a smile. Service is available 24/7 via WhatsApp, which is such a blessing for someone like me who hates contacting by phone. And Dung in room dining is amazing and super friendly, helping me as a mom dealing with jetlag at 3am, providing all food and fruit with competence and care. Love it!

Sadly, i am only able to review this hotel for my one night stay however, the one night I was there was a great experience. We decided to end our Japan trip with one last night in Tokyo. I love the convenience of being near Tokyo Station and other JR lines. When we were arrived, we were greeted and escorted upstairs where the main lobby is. We checked in swiftly and was also notified they received our luggage via luggage forwarding service and was already in our room. Our room was beautiful and so was the view they gave us. We had free breakfast included in our stay and the food and the selection was pretty good an on par with the rest of the hotel we stayed at in Japan. We did have a $100 property credit which we decided to eat one last meal before heading to the airport and although pricey, it was good! Overall, i would definitely go back if I could and hopefully experience more if this hotel.

My husband and I recently visited Japan and ended our trip with a night at Four Seasons Tokyo at Otemachi. It was truly incredible. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and the staff went out of their way to make us feel special with a note on our hotel window, champagne, oranges and chocolate. The pool and spa are incredibly and I enjoyed swimming laps with a view of the Tokyo skyline. We enjoyed drinks at the hotel bar which we received excellent service at in addition to wonderful cocktails and complimentary champagne for our anniversary. In the morning we enjoyed the breakfast buffet and everything we had to eat was delicious. We also were treated to a fruit plate for our anniversary. Everything about this stay was 5 stars!
