Everything was great at the Four Seasons - one of the better overall hotel experiences of my life. Our room was extremely comfortable. The shower and bathtubs were both huge. The location was a tiny bit of the way but not that bad. Google maps kept routing us to the Higobashi station, I think Nish Umeda is a bit closer and better since there a tunnel that takes you there 1 block from the hotel. The staff was exceptional. One of our bags was sent to HIROSHIMA (!?) by the Yamato luggage service - Four Seasons went above and beyond helping us track the bag down and getting it back to us very quickly. This would be my hotel of choice without a doubt, if ever come back to Osaka

Our experience was flawless. The hotel masterfully embodies the concept of "quiet luxury." Its overall atmosphere is deeply relaxing, featuring a stunning design that blends modern aesthetics with Japanese elements. Our room was simply extraordinary: spacious, impeccably clean, incredibly comfortable, and beautifully designed. On top of that, it offered a breathtaking view of the Osaka skyline. We also made good use of the hotel’s facilities; the gym is well-equipped, and the pool area is both relaxing and enjoyable. Everything about the property is crafted to induce a feeling of total relaxation. The service here is truly top-tier. The staff are warm, attentive, perpetually smiling, and go above and beyond to ensure guests feel completely at ease. Ordering room service was a highlight in itself, delivered with professionalism and care. Additionally, the hotel bar is fantastic - the team there is remarkably friendly and incredibly knowledgeable about drinks. While our overall impression was overwhelmingly positive, there were two minor issues during our stay: At peak times during the breakfast buffet, certain food items ran low and were not refilled for a long time. On one occasion, we were unable to reach the Concierge desk via WhatsApp for about 30 minutes. At the end of the day, it was an absolute dream of a stay. We cannot wait to come back!

Two nights at Four Seasons Osaka. Staff were great as expected and the whole place being brand new made it more enjoyable. Pool looks really nice even though I never made it in. Gym is fully loaded with new equipment. Spa seemed solid — just need to stay longer next time instead of rushing. Breakfast and the cafe were both very good. Croissant from the bakery was excellent. Same high-quality ingredients vibe as the Ritz. Room size is only so-so, but the bed and pillows were excellent. Shower pressure was strong too. New is definitely better.
