    1st class service. The staff are all absolutely wonderful; so kind and so helpful. 1st class hotel room with private onsen. 1st class food (breakfast and dinner) that rivals some 2-3 star Michelin restaurants in London. Incredible 2 nights stay. A bit of the beaten path but can wholeheartedly recommend this superb Onsen resort.
