  We had a wonderful stay at the Hiramatsu. The staff were amazing and incredibly accommodating. The rooms were phenomenal — roomy and with the best beds we had during our visit to Japan. The location was outstanding as well. It was a pleasure staying here. Highly recommended!!

  Oh my goodness, this place was incredible. The staff were some of the kindest and most attentive people I’ve ever met. I honestly wish I could have spent my entire two-week trip here because I enjoyed every moment of my stay. From the moment I arrived, the experience was exceptional. The luggage I had transferred from my previous hotel was already waiting in my room, which made check-in completely stress-free. Before taking me to my room, the staff gave me a tour of the property, explained all of the amenities and operating hours, and made sure I knew everything I needed to enjoy my stay. They were so welcoming and genuinely wished me the best stay, which made me feel right at home. The rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. The jetted tubs were amazing after long days of exploring, and the breakfast was delicious, beautifully presented, and very aesthetic. Every detail of the hotel felt thoughtful and luxurious. But what truly made this place special was the staff. Their hospitality was beyond anything I expected, and words honestly can’t describe how wonderful they were. They went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and cared for throughout my stay. I enjoyed this hotel more than I can put into words, and I genuinely miss it already. If I ever return to Japan, staying here again will be at the very top of my list. ❤️🇯🇵✨

  Sleek stylish and in the Japanese tradition. Extremely well appointed with designer fittings. The amenities are exceptional as is the restaurant and staff. Ten out of ten!!!!
