Staying at Higashiyama Niseko Village, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve is an once-in-a-lifetime experience, and for that we had the best family trip ever 😍 The beauty of Higashiyama Niseko Village, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve is not just the low-key luxury interiors and decorations, but also the best-in-class hospitality the crew would provide. Upon checked in, welcoming drinks were served and we were seated at the lobby with the phenomenal view of Mt. Yotei, the best check-in experiences ever. Followed by a short and sweet tour (provided by Genesis San) around the building to learn to appreciate the facilities at the beginning of our trip (very important, as sometimes I realized the good facilities only after I checked out) WOW WOW WOW, was the sound from us when we walked into the suite, as there's no words can describe the view to the Mt. Yotei from the whole wall of glass window. Everything was so surreal, it's like you're watching a big screen movie, cause only in movies you get to have this kind of closer look of magnificent scenery. And of course the suite is renovated with the low-key luxury arrangements, everything is on point. Not to mention the shower and bathtub with the same view to Mt. Yotei. I literally spent at least an hour everyday spending time just me and Mt. Yotei. The breakfast offers here is another highlight, strongly recommend their Japanese Yukibana, breakfast box, the salmon and mackerel were nicely seasoned and booked, with the Japanese Okazu, I had more rices than I should [Laugh] Last but not the least, the Reception Team here at Higashiyama Niseko Village is by far the most professional one I've ever had the honor to work with, after spending more than 160 nights at hotel year to date. When my rental car was brokendown at 9pm away from hotel, the Reception Manager Ko San and her team member Li San came to rescue even she's already off her duty time. And Ko San was so nice to help me communicate with rental car company first thing the next day to ensure that I get to exchange a new car, so that the rest of my trip wouldn't be impacted. When I checked out, Andres San and Natale San made sure that everything is in place for my trip to the airport. I would rate Higashiyama Niseko Village 7 ⭐ out of 5, and for sure, will be more than happy to spend another family vacation here.

Fantastic experience in my first stay in Ritz Carlton Reserve. The service provided by staff was the greatest ever among many Ritz I’ve stayed. The room is great but decoration is not that fancy but very elegant and quiet. With a spacious 50 m2, the room is great for 2 people to have a full relax. Also, the water provided in the bath and shower are all onsen which is of great quality. There’s also an outdoor onsen 1F. Restaurants are providing great food and beverages with elegant service. Salut to Ladies and Gentlemen in Ritz Carlton!

Splendid stay here, well appointed large room and comfortable bed. Amenities were good and housekeeping was done well. Location was very quiet. However, service is erratic at times. Person on the phone can hardly speak English and had a hard time getting my room service orders. When we requested for the dishes to be removed, they left the dish cover, chopsticks and dirty napkins behind. Breakfast choices were very limited and mediocre in taste. Surely they can do better than this? Used the private onsen and noted that the room upstairs is able to peek in due to the angle of the window. Was quite an uneasy experience. Off peak prices are okay but definitely not worth it during the peak ski season.
